Excellent massage therapist. I have a lot of neck, shoulder and upper-back tension due to the nature of my work. I find that Janet's treatments reduce my stress-related symptoms which include trigger-point referral pain and headaches. She is able to deliver deep pressure and also uses light techniques that are just as effective. I am a fan and will continue to see Janet for all my massage therapy needs!
